All participants, their families, and others present at the Florida Music Institute are automatically considered to have granted permission for photographs and videos to be taken during institute events. 

These images and recordings may be used by FMI for official purposes only, such as postings on the FMI website, social media accounts, and other promotional materials. 

Attendance at the institute constitutes agreement to this policy.

Each registration includes a $150 non-refundable fee per participant.

If plans change, refunds for the remaining balance (excluding the $150 fee) are available as follows:

• 100% refund if requested by March 31, 2026
• 50% refund if requested between April 1 and April 30, 2026
• No refunds will be issued after April 30, 2026
